Our promise is that we’ll manage any and all services needed to keep your household running. This can mean different things for different people, but here are a few scenarios that demonstrate the value we can add:
Peggy’s dog keeps her company and brings her great joy, but family members are concerned because she has trouble remembering to feed him and has tripped a few times recently while walking him outside. She has regular help with meal preparation and light housekeeping and just doesn’t see a need for additional help. Full Heart Home Care will provide companion care that includes caring for Peggy and her four-legged friend.
James has diabetes and high blood pressure, both of which are under control when he takes his medications as prescribed. His companion care provider reminds him to take his medications on days she visits, but he often forgets to take them when she’s not there. Full Heart Home Care will call James to remind him about his medications on days that his companion doesn’t visit, helping him manage his chronic conditions more effectively without needing constant supervision.
Dave was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease several years ago.
